The Trishuli River is Nepal’s most popular rafting river — accessible from Kathmandu and offering consistent Grade III–IV rapids through a beautiful valley. The Bhote Koshi is one of Asia’s steepest commercially rafted rivers, dropping 35m per kilometre through a dramatic gorge near the Tibetan border. The Kali Gandaki flows through the world’s deepest gorge, between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massifs.
